CHURCH INCLEMENT/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY

People sometimes wonder if the church will be open, or a meeting/activity at St. Paul will be held, when there is inclement weather. Following is St. Paul’s inclement weather or cancellation policy. We will follow the Neenah School District policy for closures, cancellations, or delays, during the school year.

If the Neenah School District has closed schools, the church office will be closed, and anything scheduled for that day/evening will also be cancelled. If the Neenah School District is operating on a 2-hour delay, St. Paul will also have a 2-hour delay, meaning the church office will open at 10 a.m. instead of 8 a.m. The same will hold true for early release due to storms. If the Neenah School District deems an early release is necessary, the St. Paul Church office will close early, as well, and all meetings/activities at St. Paul will be canceled for the rest of that day. Any time the National Weather Service has forecasted a storm, please check your local listings – radio, TV, and internet postings – to get Neenah school closing or delayed-opening information. If in doubt, you can also check St. Paul’s Facebook page or call the church office which will have a recorded message about any cancellations or delays.

If severe weather happens on a weekend or holiday, or when school is not in session, please check St. Paul’s Facebook page, website, or local TV/radio for information; or call the church office at 920-725-3961 for a recorded message as to whether activities or worship have been canceled.
